Elam William (Bill) Elam

William (Bill) H. Elam is the founder of Elam & Rousseaux, PLLC in Charlotte, North Carolina. With more than 50 years of experience, he focuses on medical malpractice and personal injury cases. Admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1972, he is also licensed before the U.S. Supreme Court and multiple federal courts. A graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law with honors, Mr. Elam is nationally board certified in Civil Trial Advocacy and Civil Pretrial Practice Advocacy.
